THE DYMM Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah has conferred on the  Chaiman of CAPE the prestigious Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM) Award in conjunction with his 84th birthday on June 2. Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Azman Dato’ Seri Haron was among the 38 recipients of the PSM Award, which carries the title 'Tan Sri'.
